Orders may be paid for in part or in full with a gift voucher. Any additional cost exceeding the value of the gift voucher must be paid for by the redeemer. No refund will be given on an unused portion of a voucher. Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
There is no expiry date for a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or altered in any way.
As items are made to your specification, they will take up to 3 weeks to create. If you need something sooner or by a specific date please phone +353 87 299 0181 or email before placing your order.
Once an order is finalised – product design agreed and signed off by both parties – the balance must be paid in full before the work will commence. Orders take 3 weeks to complete as all items are made to your specifications.
As all items are custom-made to jointly agreed specifications, refunds are not offered. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering online with Folded Leaf is safe and secure. Éilís uses Paypal to process your payment and never hold your credit card information.
All deliveries are sent registered post and your parcel will require a signature on receipt. Cost of delivery is included in your quote and is paid for in advance. Overseas deliveries may incur import duties for which you will be liable. All duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Folded Leaf.
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, please contact Éilís and she will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to track it with An Post.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Unfortunately that means delivery problems are more likely. When Éilís sends a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This may happen when items are delivered to places of work and someone else will have signed for it. Please note that Éilís does not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
Feedback and Complaints
Éilis welcomes feedback from visitors and customers to Folded Leaf. If Éilís should receive a complaint about any part of her service, it will be dealt with promptly.
Intellectual property rights
Folded Leaf owns all intellectual property rights on or relating to the website including photographs and other images, text, graphics, videos, trademarks, design registrations and logos.
Folded Leaf reserves the right to use any photographs/designs of your book/box or any part thereof, for marketing and promotional purposes.
By signing up to the mailing list, your email will be used as a communication tool for Folded Leaf products, services and updates. Emails may contain periodic newsletters, product updates, upcoming workshops and events, etc.
Folded Leaf will not share, sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your e-mail address for commercial purposes. If you feel you have received an e-mail in error, please contact email@example.com. At any time, if you no longer wish to be on the mailing list, follow the “unsubscribe” instructions located near the bottom of each email.
Folded Leaf uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.
Your contact information is used to contact you if you have subscribed to the mailing list. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings by choosing to un-subscribe.
