Bookbinding workshops Spring 2024

Here are some bookbinding workshops that I am giving this Spring 2024. These group workshops are suitable for a range of abilities: from beginners and improvers.

1. Creative Bookbinding

What: In this one-day workshop, participants will make a Japanese accordion book, flag books and more. The objective of this course is to explore the potential of basic book structures, building up on them to create unexpected sculptural books.

Where: Interface Inagh, Galway
When: 11am – 4:30pm, Saturday 24th February 2024

2. Photo Album

What: In this two-day workshop, participants will create their own beautiful cloth-covered album. This album can be used for photos or other ephemera.

Where: Graphic Studio Dublin
When: 10am – 4pm, Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th April 2024
